香港及全球跨境電商 私隱政策、退貨/退款政策及免責聲明
本文件依據香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第486章)、《貨品售賣條例》(第26章)、《進出口條例》(第60章)、《服務提供(隱含條款)條例》及相關國際公約、全球各地數據保護與消費者權益相關法規制定,適用於本平台所有香港本地及全球其他國家/地區的用戶(包括消費者、註冊會員等),明確平台在數據保護、退貨退款及相關責任免除方面的權利與義務,保障用戶與平台的合法權益,確保平台服務合规、有序、透明。
This document is formulated in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Import and Export Ordinance (Cap. 60), Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance, relevant international conventions, and data protection and consumer rights regulations around the world. It applies to all users of this platform in Hong Kong and other countries/regions around the world (including consumers, registered members, etc.), clarifies the rights and obligations of the platform in data protection, return and refund, and related liability exemption, protects the legitimate rights and interests of users and the platform, and ensures that the platform services are compliant, orderly and transparent.
第一部分:私隱政策(Privacy Policy)
一、適用範圍(Scope of Application)
1. 本私隱政策適用於本平台收集、使用、儲存、傳輸、披露香港本地及全球其他國家/地區用戶的所有個人資料(包括但不限於姓名、聯繫方式、地址、支付信息、瀏覽記錄、訂單信息等),涵蓋用戶注冊、瀏覽、下單、支付、退貨退款等所有平台使用環節。

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data (including but not limited to name, contact information, address, payment information, browsing history, order information, etc.) of users in Hong Kong and other countries/regions around the world collected, used, stored, transmitted and disclosed by this platform, covering all platform usage links such as user registration, browsing, ordering, payment, return and refund.
2. 本平台委托的跨境物流合作方、支付服務提供商、數據處理合作方等第三方,其個人資料處理行為須遵守本私隱政策及相關法規要求,平台對第三方的數據處理行為進行監管,確保用戶數據安全。其中,涉及個人資料跨境傳輸的,將嚴格遵循香港個人資料私隱專員公署(PCPD)建議的標準合同條款(RMCS),確保數據得到與《個人資料(私隱)條例》同等程度的保護。
2. Third parties such as cross-border logistics partners, payment service providers, and data processing partners entrusted by this platform must comply with the requirements of this Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations in their personal data processing activities. The platform supervises the data processing activities of third parties to ensure the security of user data. Among them, for cross-border transfer of personal data, the Recommended Model Contractual Clauses (RMCS) recommended by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) of Hong Kong will be strictly followed to ensure that the data is protected to the same extent as the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
二、個人資料收集(Collection of Personal Data)
1. 收集原則:平台僅收集用戶使用平台服務所必需的個人資料,遵循「最小必要」原則,不收集與服務無關的數據;收集前將明確告知用戶收集目的、用途及範圍,獲得用戶同意後方可收集。對於跨境數據收集,將額外告知用戶數據跨境傳輸的目的地、接收方及保護措施,取得用戶明確同意。

Collection Principle: The platform only collects personal data necessary for users to use the platform services, follows the “minimum necessary” principle, and does not collect data irrelevant to the services; before collection, it will clearly inform users of the purpose, use and scope of collection, and collect only after obtaining the user’s consent. For cross-border data collection, users will be additionally informed of the destination, recipient and protection measures of cross-border data transfer, and explicit consent will be obtained from users.

(1) 注冊信息:用戶注冊時提供的姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、地址(香港本地及全球其他地區)、身份驗證信息等,用於用戶身份識別、賬號管理及服務推送。用戶提供的信息需真實、準確、完整,否則可能影響服務體驗或導致服務中斷。
(1) Registration Information: Name, email address, phone number, address (in Hong Kong and other regions around the world), identity verification information, etc. provided by users during registration, which are used for user identity identification, account management and service push. The information provided by users must be true, accurate and complete, otherwise it may affect the service experience or lead to service interruption.
(2) 交易信息:用戶下單時提供的訂單詳情、支付信息(如信用卡號、支付賬號)、收貨地址、收貨人信息等,用於完成交易、物流配送及退貨退款處理。支付信息將通過加密技術保護,平台不儲存完整支付卡信息。
(2) Transaction Information: Order details, payment information (such as credit card number, payment account), delivery address, recipient information, etc. provided by users when placing orders, which are used to complete transactions, logistics delivery and return and refund processing. Payment information will be protected by encryption technology, and the platform will not store complete payment card information.
(3) 瀏覽及使用信息:用戶瀏覽平台的商品記錄、搜索記錄、頁面停留時間、設備信息(如設備型號、IP地址)等,用於優化平台體驗、個性化推薦及風險防控。此類信息將進行去標識化處理,避免識別具體用戶。
(3) Browsing and Usage Information: Users’ browsing records of platform products, search records, page stay time, device information (such as device model, IP address), etc., which are used to optimize platform experience, personalized recommendation and risk prevention and control. Such information will be de-identified to avoid identifying specific users.
3. 收集方式:用戶主動填寫、平台自動記錄、第三方合作方提供(經用戶同意),所有收集方式均符合香港及目的地國家/地區法規要求,不採用強制、隱藏方式收集數據。用戶可選擇不提供非必要信息,但可能影響部分服務的使用。
3. Collection Methods: Users actively fill in, the platform automatically records, and third-party partners provide (with user consent). All collection methods comply with the requirements of laws and regulations in Hong Kong and the destination country/region, and data is not collected in a mandatory or hidden manner. Users may choose not to provide non-essential information, but this may affect the use of some services.
三、個人資料使用與披露(Use and Disclosure of Personal Data)
1. 使用目的:僅用於平台服務提供、賬號管理、交易完成、物流配送、客戶服務、風險防控、平台優化及法律要求的相關用途,不超出用戶同意的範圍。如需擴大使用範圍,將另行獲得用戶同意。

Purpose of Use: It is only used for platform service provision, account management, transaction completion, logistics delivery, customer service, risk prevention and control, platform optimization and relevant purposes required by law, and does not exceed the scope agreed by users. If it is necessary to expand the scope of use, the user’s consent will be obtained separately.
2. 跨境傳輸:用戶同意,平台可將其個人資料傳輸至香港境外的合作方(如全球物流、支付機構),但平台會確保接收方具備相應的數據保護能力,並與接收方簽訂數據保護協議,符合香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》及目的地國家/地區數據保護法規(如歐盟GDPR、中國《個人信息保護法》等)要求。對於粤港澳大灣區內的數據跨境流動,將遵循粵港澳大灣區個人信息跨境流動標準合同相關規定。
2. Cross-border Transmission: Users agree that the platform may transmit their personal data to partners outside Hong Kong (such as global logistics and payment institutions), but the platform will ensure that the recipient has corresponding data protection capabilities, and sign a data protection agreement with the recipient, complying with the requirements of Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and data protection laws and regulations of the destination country/region (such as EU GDPR, China’s Personal Information Protection Law, etc.). For cross-border data flow within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the relevant provisions of the standard contract for cross-border flow of personal information in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be followed.
3. 披露限制:未經用戶明確同意,平台不會向任何第三方披露用戶個人資料,除非符合以下情形:
3. Disclosure Restrictions: The platform will not disclose user personal data to any third party without the user’s explicit consent, unless it falls under the following circumstances:
(1) 遵守香港及目的地國家/地區法律、法規、司法判決或行政執法要求;
(1) Comply with the laws, regulations, judicial judgments or administrative law enforcement requirements of Hong Kong and the destination country/region;
(2) 保護平台、用戶或第三方的合法權益(如防範欺詐、處理投訴);
(2) Protect the legitimate rights and interests of the platform, users or third parties (such as preventing fraud, handling complaints);
(3) 向平台委托的合作方披露(如物流方用于配送、支付方用于收款),且合作方已承諾遵守本私隱政策;
(3) Disclose to the partners entrusted by the platform (such as logistics parties for delivery, payment parties for collection), and the partners have promised to comply with this Privacy Policy;
(4) 用戶主動授權披露或公開的個人資料。
(4) Personal data actively authorized to be disclosed or made public by users.
四、個人資料保護與儲存(Protection and Storage of Personal Data)
1. 保護措施:平台採用加密技術、訪問控制、數據備份等安全措施,防止用戶個人資料被未經授權的訪問、篡改、泄露或丟失;定期對數據安全系統進行檢測和升級,確保數據保護能力符合行業標準。同時,對平台工作人員進行數據保護培訓,明確數據使用許可權,防止內部泄露。
1. Protection Measures: The platform adopts security measures such as encryption technology, access control and data backup to prevent unauthorized access, tampering, disclosure or loss of user personal data; regularly detects and upgrades the data security system to ensure that the data protection capability meets industry standards. At the same time, conduct data protection training for platform staff, clarify data usage permissions, and prevent internal leakage.
2. 儲存期限:用戶個人資料將儲存至實現收集目的所需的最長期限,超過期限後,將按照香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》要求,對數據進行銷毀或匿名化處理,不再用於任何服務用途。用戶注銷賬號後,平台將在合理期限內完成數據銷毀或匿名化。
2. Storage Period: User personal data will be stored for the longest period required to achieve the purpose of collection. After the expiration of the period, in accordance with the requirements of Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the data will be destroyed or anonymized and will no longer be used for any service purposes. After the user cancels the account, the platform will complete data destruction or anonymization within a reasonable period of time.
3. 用戶權利:根據香港及目的地國家/地區法規,用戶有權查詢、更正、刪除自身的個人資料,有權撤回對數據收集、使用、跨境傳輸的同意,可通過平台客服渠道提交相關申請,平台將在法定期限內予以處理並回復。用戶行使權利時,平台可能要求用戶提供身份驗證信息,以確保數據安全。
3. User Rights: In accordance with the laws and regulations of Hong Kong and the destination country/region, users have the right to inquire about, correct and delete their own personal data, and have the right to withdraw their consent to data collection, use and cross-border transmission. They can submit relevant applications through the platform’s customer service channels, and the platform will process and reply within the statutory time limit. When users exercise their rights, the platform may require users to provide identity verification information to ensure data security.
五、政策修訂(Policy Revision)
本私隱政策可根據香港及全球相關法規更新、平台業務發展需要進行修訂,修訂後將在平台官網顯著位置公告,公告發布後7個工作日起生效。用戶繼續使用平台服務,即視為同意修訂後的私隱政策。
This Privacy Policy may be revised according to the update of relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong and around the world and the needs of the platform’s business development. The revised policy will be announced in a prominent position on the platform’s official website and will take effect 7 working days after the announcement is released. If the user continues to use the platform services, it shall be deemed that the user agrees to the revised Privacy Policy.
第二部分:退貨/退款政策(Return/Refund Policy)
一、適用範圍(Scope of Application)
1. 本政策適用於本平台所有香港本地及全球其他國家/地區的用戶,涵蓋平台銷售的所有跨境商品(不包括香港本地自營商品,本地商品退貨退款政策另行規定),包括常規商品、冷鏈商品、特殊商品等,遵循香港《貨品售賣條例》及目的地國家/地區消費者權益保護相關法規。

This policy applies to all users of this platform in Hong Kong and other countries/regions around the world, covering all cross-border goods sold on the platform (excluding locally operated goods in Hong Kong, whose return and refund policy is specified separately), including regular goods, cold chain goods, special goods, etc., and follows Hong Kong’s Sale of Goods Ordinance and relevant laws and regulations on consumer rights protection in the destination country/region.
2. 用戶完成訂單支付、平台確認發貨後,即視為同意本退貨/退款政策的全部條款,退貨退款過程需遵守本政策及平台相關操作流程。對於跨境購買的商品,用戶確認所購商品僅限個人自用,不進行二次銷售,並願意遵守目的地國家/地區的海關及檢驗檢疫要求。

Once the user completes the order payment and the platform confirms the shipment, it shall be deemed that the user has agreed to all the terms of this Return/Refund Policy, and the return and refund process shall comply with this policy and the relevant operating procedures of the platform. For cross-border purchased goods, the user confirms that the purchased goods are for personal use only, not for secondary sale, and is willing to comply with the customs and inspection and quarantine requirements of the destination country/region.
二、可退貨/退款情形(Eligible for Return/Refund)
1. 商品質量問題:商品存在質量缺陷、性能故障,不符合《貨品售賣條例》中「可商售品質」要求,經平台核實屬實的(需用戶提供相關證據,如照片、檢測報告等),支持退貨、退款或換貨。此情形下,香港本地退貨運費由平台承擔,全球其他地區退貨運費由平台根據實際情況合理承擔或補貼。
1. Product Quality Issues: If the product has quality defects or performance failures, does not meet the “merchantable quality” requirements in the Sale of Goods Ordinance, and is verified by the platform (users need to provide relevant evidence, such as photos, inspection reports, etc.), return, refund or exchange is supported. In this case, the return freight for local Hong Kong returns shall be borne by the platform, and the return freight for other regions around the world shall be reasonably borne or subsidized by the platform according to the actual situation.
2. 商品與描述不符:商品的實際規格、型號、外觀、功能等與平台商品詳情頁描述不一致,經核實屬實的,支持退貨、退款。用戶需在收貨後及時檢查,並提供商品與描述不符的證據。
2. Discrepancy Between Product and Description: If the actual specifications, model, appearance, function, etc. of the product are inconsistent with the description on the platform’s product details page and are verified, return and refund are supported. Users need to check in a timely manner after receiving the goods and provide evidence of the discrepancy between the product and the description.
3. 物流損毀/短缺:商品在運輸過程中出現外包裝破損、商品損毀、配件短缺等情況,經物流方及平台核實屬實的,支持退貨、退款或補發商品。用戶需在收貨時當面檢查,並拒絕簽收,同時拍照留存證據,及時聯繫平台客服處理。
3. Logistics Damage/Shortage: If the outer packaging of the product is damaged, the product is damaged, or accessories are missing during transportation, and is verified by the logistics party and the platform, return, refund or reissue of the product is supported. Users need to check on the spot when receiving the goods, refuse to sign for receipt, take photos to retain evidence, and contact the platform customer service in a timely manner for handling.
4. 其他情形:

(1) 香港本地用戶:自收貨之日起7個工作日內,商品未經使用、外包裝完好、配件齊全,可申請無理由退貨(特殊商品除外),退貨運費由用戶承擔;
(1) Local Hong Kong Users: Within 7 working days from the date of receipt, if the product is unused, the outer packaging is intact, and the accessories are complete, you can apply for a no-reason return (except for special products), and the return freight shall be borne by the user;
(2) 全球其他地區用戶:自收貨之日起14個工作日內,商品未經使用、外包裝完好、配件齊全,可申請無理由退貨(特殊商品除外),退貨運費由用戶承擔;
(2) Users in Other Regions Around the World: Within 14 working days from the date of receipt, if the product is unused, the outer packaging is intact, and the accessories are complete, you can apply for a no-reason return (except for special products), and the return freight shall be borne by the user;
(3) 特殊商品(如冷鏈商品、易碎品、定制商品):退貨需符合商品詳情頁標註的特殊退貨條件,無理由退貨不適用,具體以商品詳情頁說明為准。此類商品退貨時需保持原狀,否則將影響退貨審核。
(3) Special Products (such as cold chain products, fragile products, customized products): Returns must comply with the special return conditions marked on the product details page, and no-reason return is not applicable, subject to the instructions on the product details page. Such products need to be kept in their original condition when returned, otherwise the return review will be affected.
三、不可退貨/退款情形(Not Eligible for Return/Refund)
1. 商品已使用、外包裝損壞、配件缺失,且非質量問題或物流問題導致的;
1. The product has been used, the outer packaging is damaged, the accessories are missing, and it is not caused by quality problems or logistics problems;
2. 用戶因個人喜好、主觀判斷(如「不喜欢」「不合适」)提出的退貨,且不符合無理由退貨條件的;
2. Returns proposed by users due to personal preferences or subjective judgments (such as “dislike” or “unsuitable”) that do not meet the no-reason return conditions;
3. 特殊商品(如定制商品、一次性用品、贴身用品),未提前約定可退貨的;
3. Special products (such as customized products, disposable products, intimate products) that are not agreed in advance to be returnable;
4. 商品因用戶使用不當、保管不當導致的損壞、變質的;
4. The product is damaged or deteriorated due to improper use or storage by the user;
5. 用戶未按要求保留商品外包裝、配件,導致無法核實商品狀態的;
5. The user fails to keep the product outer packaging and accessories as required, resulting in inability to verify the product status;
6. 超過退貨時限未提出退貨申請的;
6. No return application is submitted beyond the return time limit;
7. 違反香港《進出口條例》或目的地國家/地區法規,被海關沒收、扣留的商品。
7. Goods confiscated or detained by customs in violation of Hong Kong’s Import and Export Ordinance or the laws and regulations of the destination country/region.
四、退貨/退款流程(Return/Refund Process)
1. 申請退貨:用戶在退貨時限內,通過平台訂單頁面提交退貨申請,填寫退貨原因、上傳相關證據(如商品損壞照片、物流單據等),等待平台審核。
1. Apply for Return: Within the return time limit, the user submits a return application through the platform’s order page, fills in the return reason, uploads relevant evidence (such as photos of damaged goods, logistics documents, etc.), and waits for the platform’s review.
2. 審核確認:平台在收到申請後,香港本地用戶3個工作日內、全球其他地區用戶5個工作日內完成審核,審核結果將通過短信、郵件或平台消息通知用戶。審核不通過的,將說明具體原因。
2. Review and Confirmation: After receiving the application, the platform will complete the review within 3 working days for local Hong Kong users and 5 working days for users in other regions around the world. The review result will be notified to the user via SMS, email or platform message. If the review is not approved, the specific reason will be explained.
3. 退回商品:用戶收到審核通過通知後,按平台提供的退貨地址(香港本地或指定海外退貨倉),在3個工作日內(全球其他地區7個工作日內)將商品退回,並上傳退貨物流單號。退回商品需符合退貨條件,包裝完好、配件齊全。對於香港免稅倉退回的商品,需符合免稅倉入倉規定,避免產生額外費用。
3. Return the Product: After receiving the notification of approval, the user will return the product to the return address provided by the platform (local Hong Kong or designated overseas return warehouse) within 3 working days (7 working days for other regions around the world) and upload the return logistics tracking number. The returned product must meet the return conditions, with intact packaging and complete accessories. For products returned to Hong Kong duty-free warehouses, they must comply with the regulations for entering duty-free warehouses to avoid additional costs.
4. 商品驗收:平台收到退回商品後,香港本地3個工作日內、全球其他地區7個工作日內完成驗收,核實商品狀態是否符合退貨條件。驗收合格後,進入退款流程;驗收不合格的,將商品退回用戶,並說明原因。驗收過程將進行記錄,確保公正透明。
4. Product Inspection: After the platform receives the returned product, it will complete the inspection within 3 working days for local Hong Kong and 7 working days for other regions around the world to verify whether the product status meets the return conditions. After passing the inspection, the refund process will be initiated; if the inspection fails, the product will be returned to the user with an explanation. The inspection process will be recorded to ensure fairness and transparency.
5. 退款處理:驗收合格後,平台在3-7個工作日內完成退款,退款將原路返還至用戶支付賬戶(如信用卡、支付寶、PayPal等)。退款到賬時間取決於支付機構及銀行的處理速度,平台不承擔退款到賬延遲的責任。若涉及換貨,平台將在驗收合格後盡快安排補發商品。
5. Refund Processing: After passing the inspection, the platform will complete the refund within 3-7 working days, and the refund will be returned to the user’s payment account in the original way (such as credit card, Alipay, PayPal, etc.). The refund arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment institution and the bank, and the platform is not responsible for the delay in refund arrival. If exchange is involved, the platform will arrange to reissue the product as soon as possible after passing the inspection.
五、特殊說明(Special Notes)
1. 退貨運費:質量問題、物流問題導致的退貨,香港本地運費由平台承擔;全球其他地區運費,平台將根據實際情況給予合理補貼,具體補貼金額以平台審核為准。無理由退貨的運費,由用戶全額承擔。用戶可優先選擇含退貨運費險的商品,降低退貨成本。
1. Return Freight: For returns caused by quality problems or logistics problems, the local Hong Kong freight shall be borne by the platform; for freight in other regions around the world, the platform will give a reasonable subsidy according to the actual situation, and the specific subsidy amount shall be subject to the platform’s review. The freight for no-reason returns shall be fully borne by the user. Users can preferentially choose products with return freight insurance to reduce return costs.
2. 關稅及相關費用:全球退貨涉及的海關關稅、清關費用等,由用戶承擔(質量問題導致的退貨除外,平台可根據實際情況協助用戶辦理關稅退還)。用戶需配合平台提供相關文件,用於辦理清關及稅費相關手續。
2. Customs Duties and Related Fees: Customs duties, customs clearance fees and other related fees involved in global returns shall be borne by the user (except for returns caused by quality problems, the platform may assist the user in handling duty refund according to the actual situation). Users need to cooperate with the platform to provide relevant documents for customs clearance and tax-related procedures.
3. 退款金額:退款金額為用戶實際支付的商品金額(不包含送貨費、保險費等附加費用,除非附加費用是因平台原因產生的)。若用戶已使用優惠券、折扣碼,退款時將相應扣除優惠金額。

Refund Amount: The refund amount is the actual product amount paid by the user (excluding additional fees such as delivery fees and insurance fees, unless the additional fees are caused by the platform). If the user has used a coupon or discount code, the discount amount will be deducted accordingly when refunding.
第三部分:免責聲明(Disclaimer)
一、免責範圍(Scope of Disclaimer)
1. 非平台可控因素導致的損失:因不可抗力(如天災、戰爭、罷工、疫情、政策調整)、香港及目的地國家/地區海關查驗、物流延誤/損毀、第三方服務中斷(如支付機構、物流合作方)等非平台可控因素,導致用戶訂單延遲、商品損毀、丟失、退款延遲等損失,平台不承擔直接責任,但會盡力協助用戶解決問題。
1. Losses Caused by Non-Platform Controllable Factors: The platform shall not bear direct liability for losses such as order delays, product damage, loss, refund delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics, policy adjustments), customs inspection in Hong Kong and the destination country/region, logistics delays/damage, third-party service interruptions (such as payment institutions, logistics partners) and other non-platform controllable factors, but will try its best to assist users in solving problems.
2. 用戶自身原因導致的損失:

(1) 用戶提供的個人信息(如地址、電話、身份信息)錯誤、不完整,導致商品無法送達、退貨失敗、退款延遲等損失;

(2) 用戶未按平台規定的流程操作(如未及時確認收貨、未按要求保留商品證據、未按時退回商品),導致的損失;
(2) Losses caused by the user’s failure to operate in accordance with the platform’s specified procedures (such as failure to confirm receipt in a timely manner, failure to retain product evidence as required, failure to return the product on time);
(3) 用戶未妥善保管自身平台賬號、支付信息,導致賬號被盜、交易異常等損失;
(3) Losses such as account theft and abnormal transactions caused by the user’s failure to properly keep their own platform account and payment information;
(4) 用戶因個人判斷錯誤、使用不當,導致商品損壞、無法使用等損失;
(4) Losses such as product damage and inability to use caused by the user’s wrong personal judgment and improper use;
(5) 用戶購買禁運物品、未經許可的受管制物品,導致商品被沒收、罰款等損失,按照香港《進出口條例》及相關法規,由用戶自行承擔全部責任。
(5) If the user purchases prohibited items or uncontrolled controlled items, leading to losses such as confiscation and fines of the goods, the user shall bear full responsibility in accordance with Hong Kong’s Import and Export Ordinance and relevant laws and regulations.

(1) 平台銷售的跨境商品,其質量、標準、規格等遵循商品原產地或香港相關標準,可能與用戶所在地(全球其他地區)標準存在差異,平台已在商品詳情頁進行提示,用戶購買即視為接受該差異,平台不承擔因標準差異導致的損失;部分商品可能無中文標籤,用戶可通過平台查看中文電子標籤。
(1) The quality, standards, specifications, etc. of cross-border goods sold on the platform follow the standards of the product’s origin or Hong Kong, which may differ from the standards of the user’s location (other regions around the world). The platform has prompted this on the product details page, and the user’s purchase is deemed to accept this difference. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by standard differences; some products may not have Chinese labels, and users can view Chinese electronic labels through the platform.
(2) 商品的使用效果、使用壽命等,取決於用戶的使用方式、保管條件等,平台不對商品的長期使用效果作出承諾;涉及家用電氣產品的,用戶需確認產品符合當地安全標準,安裝及維修須由合資格人士進行,否則由此產生的損失由用戶自行承擔。
